These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the AI gateway service offered under the saverouter brand through saverouter.cc, including its subdomains, web applications, APIs, desktop integrations, account tools, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, obtaining or using an API key, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and account registration

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, API keys, access tokens, passkeys, and connected applications. Keep your credentials confidential and apply appropriate access controls; if you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately through the support channel published in the Service.

You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share accounts or credentials, except through an authorized team-use feature explicitly provided by the Service. The Service may require email verification, multi-factor authentication, identity or payment verification, or other reasonable security checks.

Description of the Service

The Service provides a configurable gateway connecting to third-party AI models and related tools. Depending on account permissions, user-group configuration, location, capacity, and upstream availability, features may include model routing, API-key management, usage logging, token metering, image or media generation, desktop configuration, subscriptions, and balance top-ups.

The Service is not the developer or operator of most upstream models. Model names, outputs, limits, latency, context windows, safety behavior, and availability may be controlled by upstream providers and may change at any time without notice.

Listing a model in documentation, a pricing table, or an API response does not guarantee that the model will remain available, or that every request can be scheduled to a compatible upstream account. Use GET /v1/models and review the service status shown to your account to confirm current availability.

Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms, the applicable acceptable-use policy, and the rules of relevant upstream providers. You must not use or attempt to use the Service to:

violate laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions, export-control rules, or the rights of others;

create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content or activity;

distribute malware, steal credentials, gain unauthorized access, interfere with systems, circumvent security controls, or conduct denial-of-service activity;

bypass account, geographic, payment, security, content, rate, quota, identity, or technical limits;

falsely present AI-generated content as authentic where disclosure is required by law;

infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;

scrape, probe, benchmark, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service in a manner prohibited by law, these Terms, or upstream agreements;

publicly share API keys, or use leaked, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized upstream accounts; or

use the Service in high-risk scenarios where a failure could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, significant property damage, or deprivation of fundamental rights, without qualified human oversight and appropriate safeguards.

Where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, upstream providers, or the public, we may investigate suspected abuse, limit functionality, throttle traffic, suspend credentials, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with legal requirements.

API keys and technical use

API keys are authentication credentials. You must store them securely and must not embed them in publicly distributed client code or repositories. You are responsible for setting appropriate quotas, rate limits, IP restrictions, and rotating keys.

You must follow the documented request formats, endpoint limits, concurrency limits, and model capabilities. Automated traffic must not unreasonably degrade the performance of the Service. We may impose or change technical limits to maintain security, reliability, fairness, or compliance with upstream requirements.

Usage records and metering data generated by the Service constitute authoritative operational records unless you demonstrate a material error. Estimates shown in dashboards, clients, or previews may differ from final usage due to rounding, upstream reporting delays, model mapping, retries, caching, or asynchronous settlement.

User content and AI output

You retain all rights you hold in the prompts, files, instructions, and other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive right to process, transmit, cache, reproduce, and transform User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, protect, support, audit, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and to direct its processing. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, confidential, or personal data unless you are authorized to submit it and have assessed whether the Service and the relevant upstream providers are suitable for processing it.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, objectionable, non-unique, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or using it. No output constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or other professional advice.

Rights in output are subject to applicable law and upstream-provider terms. We do not guarantee that output qualifies for intellectual-property protection or that it is free of third-party claims.

Third-party and upstream services

The Service may route requests to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other third-party providers, and may use third-party authentication, infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, or storage services. The terms and privacy practices of those third parties may also apply in addition to these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, model changes, account restrictions, content decisions, price changes, payment delays, or acts and omissions beyond our reasonable control. Your access may be affected when an upstream service is unavailable, rate-limited, plan-restricted, or no longer compatible.

Fees, credits, subscriptions, and taxes

Prices, billing units, discounts, credits, quotas, and model availability are set out in the Service and the applicable pricing description. Unless stated otherwise, token prices are denominated in US dollars per one million tokens. Media, search, real-time, batch, subscription, and other non-token services may use different billing units.

When you place an order or use a paid service, you authorize the applicable charges. Unless the law requires us to collect or remit them, you are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, foreign-exchange costs, and payment-provider fees.

Except where a refund is approved or mandatory law provides otherwise, credits, balances, quotas, and subscriptions have no cash value. They may be subject to validity periods, scope, user-group, model, or usage limits disclosed at the time of purchase or in your account.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through reasonable means may result in the account being restricted while the transaction is investigated.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may deactivate integrations, revoke API keys, or request account closure through the available account or support channels.

Where reasonably necessary due to security risk, payment failure, abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, upstream restrictions, breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or conduct that threatens the Service or others, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access. Where practicable and permitted by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.

Termination does not extinguish payment obligations already incurred, refund adjustments, or audit records, and does not affect provisions that by their nature survive termination, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and data retention.

Intellectual property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of software, branding, documentation, interfaces, or other Service materials.

You may not use the "SaveRouter" name, logos, or related visual identities to imply endorsement, association, or authorization without prior written permission. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Changes to the Service and availability

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, models, integrations, prices, or service regions. We work to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. Maintenance, security incidents, capacity constraints, upstream events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt access.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results. We do not warrant that output is correct, that any model or account will be available, or that the Service will satisfy every legal, regulatory, or technical requirement applicable to your use case.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings, nor for damage arising from upstream services, AI output, unauthorized use of credentials, or interruptions beyond reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable mandatory law requires a different amount.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service operator from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use, your User Content, your infringement of third-party rights, your material breach of these Terms, or your use of the Service in violation of upstream terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the Service operator's own unlawful conduct.

Governing rules and disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection rules and conflict-of-law rules apply where they legally must. Otherwise, disputes should first be submitted through the contact channel published in the Service so the parties can attempt to resolve them in good faith. If informal resolution fails, a dispute may be brought before the court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law and the legal information published by the Service operator.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Service, pricing, security, or business practices. The current version and effective date will be published in the Service. Material changes may be notified through the Service or other reasonable channels. To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Contact

Questions, complaints, legal notices, and account requests should be submitted through the support or legal contact channel currently published in the Service or account dashboard. Do not send passwords, full API keys, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Language

Translations are provided for accessibility. If language versions conflict, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law; mandatory local-language rules and consumer-protection rules are unaffected.

服务说明

本服务提供连接第三方人工智能模型及相关工具的可配置网关。根据账户权限、用户组配置、所在地、容量和上游可用性，功能可能包括模型路由、API 密钥管理、用量记录、令牌计量、图像或媒体生成、桌面端配置、订阅和余额充值。

本服务并非大多数上游模型的开发者或运营者。模型名称、输出、限制、延迟、上下文窗口、安全行为和可用性可能由上游提供商控制，并可能随时变更，恕不另行通知。

模型被列入文档、价格表或 API 响应，并不保证该模型将持续可用，也不保证每次请求均可调度到兼容的上游账户。请使用 GET /v1/models 并查看向您的账户显示的服务状态，以确认当前可用性。

可接受使用

您必须合法使用本服务，并遵守本条款、适用的可接受使用政策以及相关上游提供商的规则。您不得使用或试图使用本服务从事以下行为：

违反法律、法规、法院命令、制裁、出口管制规定或他人权利；

创作、传播或协助实施违法、欺诈、欺骗、滥用、剥削性或恶意的内容或活动；

传播恶意软件、窃取凭据、实施未经授权的访问、干扰系统、规避安全控制，或开展拒绝服务活动；

绕过账户、地域、付款、安全、内容、速率、配额、身份或技术限制；

在法律要求披露的情况下，将人工智能生成的内容虚假宣称为真实内容；

侵犯知识产权、隐私权、公开权、保密权利或合同权利；

以法律、本条款或上游协议所禁止的方式抓取、探测、基准测试、逆向工程或转售本服务；

公开共享 API 密钥，或使用已泄露、非法取得或未经授权的上游账户；或

在缺乏合格人员监督和适当保障措施的情况下，将本服务用于一旦发生故障即可合理预见会导致死亡、人身伤害、重大财产损失或基本权利被剥夺的高风险场景。

如为保护用户、本服务、上游提供商或公众而有合理必要，我们可以调查涉嫌滥用的行为、限制功能、限制流量、暂停凭据、保存相关证据，或配合法律要求。

API 密钥与技术使用

API 密钥属于身份认证凭据。您必须安全存储 API 密钥，不得将其嵌入公开分发的客户端代码或代码仓库。您有责任设置适当的配额、速率限制、IP 限制并轮换密钥。

您必须遵守有文档说明的请求格式、端点限制、并发限制和模型能力。自动化流量不得不合理地降低本服务的性能。我们可以为维护安全性、可靠性、公平性或确保符合上游要求而施加或更改技术限制。

除非您证明存在重大错误，否则本服务生成的用量记录和计量数据构成具有权威性的运营记录。由于舍入、上游报告延迟、模型映射、重试、缓存或异步结算，控制面板、客户端或预览中显示的估算值可能与最终用量不同。

用户内容与人工智能输出

对于您提交的提示词、文件、指令及其他材料（以下简称"用户内容"），您保留您所享有的一切权利。您授予本服务一项有限的、非独占的权利，仅可在为提供、保护、支持、审计及改进本服务，遵守法律并执行本条款而具有合理必要的范围内，对用户内容进行处理、传输、缓存、复制和转换。

您声明您拥有提交用户内容并指示对其进行处理所需的权利和许可。除非您有权提交相关数据，且已评估本服务及相关上游提供商是否适合处理该等数据，否则请勿提交敏感、受监管、机密或个人数据。

人工智能输出可能不准确、不完整、令人不适、并非唯一，或与为他人生成的输出相似。您在依赖、发布或使用输出前，有责任对其进行审查。任何输出均不构成法律、医疗、财务、税务、合规或其他专业建议。

输出相关权利受适用法律和上游提供商条款约束。我们不保证输出符合取得知识产权保护的条件，亦不保证输出不存在第三方权利主张。

第三方及上游服务

本服务可能将请求路由至 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google 或其他第三方提供商，并可能使用第三方的身份认证、基础设施、付款、电子邮件、分析或存储服务。除本条款外，该等第三方的条款和隐私惯例也可能适用。

对于第三方服务中断、模型变更、账户限制、内容决定、价格变更、付款延迟，或超出我们合理控制范围的作为与不作为，我们概不负责。当上游服务不可用、受到速率限制、受套餐限制或不再兼容时，您的访问可能受到影响。

费用、积分、订阅与税费

价格、计费单位、折扣、积分、配额和模型可用性在本服务及适用的价格说明中列明。除非另有说明，令牌价格以每一百万令牌的美元金额计价。媒体、搜索、实时、批处理、订阅及其他非令牌服务可能采用不同的计费单位。

您下单或使用付费服务时，即授权收取适用费用。除非法律要求我们代为收取或缴纳，否则您应负责适用的税款、关税、银行费用、外汇成本和支付服务提供商费用。

除退款获得批准或强制性法律另有规定外，积分、余额、配额和订阅不具有现金价值。它们可能受购买时或账户中披露的有效期、适用范围、用户组、模型或使用限制约束。

退款受退款政策约束。在未先尝试通过合理方式解决问题的情况下发起付款争议或拒付，可能导致账户在交易调查期间受到限制。

暂停与终止

您可以随时停止使用本服务。您可以通过可用的账户或支持渠道停用集成、撤销 API 密钥或申请关闭账户。

如因安全风险、付款失败、滥用、法律或监管要求、上游限制、违反本条款、长期不活动，或威胁本服务或他人的行为而有合理必要，我们可以限制、暂停或终止访问。在实际可行且法律允许的情况下，我们将提供通知和补救机会。

终止不会免除已产生的付款义务、退款调整或审计记录，也不影响依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款，包括有关知识产权、免责声明、责任、争议和数据保留的条款。

知识产权

除用户内容和第三方材料外，本服务受适用的知识产权法律保护。本条款授予您使用本服务的一项有限、可撤销且不可转让的权利；本条款不转移软件、品牌、文档、界面或其他服务材料的所有权。

未经事先书面许可，不得使用"SaveRouter"、徽标及相关视觉标识来暗示认可、关联或授权。开源组件仍受各自许可证约束。

服务变更与可用性

我们可以新增、修改、限制或停止提供功能、模型、集成、价格或服务地区。我们致力于提供可靠的服务，但不保证服务不间断、无错误或永久可用。维护、安全事件、容量限制、上游事件或超出合理控制范围的情况可能导致访问中断。

免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按"现状"及"可用状态"提供。我们不承担有关适销性、特定用途适用性、所有权、不侵权、准确性、可用性和结果的默示保证。我们不保证输出正确，不保证任何模型或账户均可使用，也不保证本服务将满足适用于您使用情形的所有法律、监管或技术要求。

本条款的任何内容均不排除依法不得排除的保证或权利。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务运营方及其人员不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩戒性或惩罚性损害承担责任；亦不对利润、收入、商誉、数据、业务、机会或预期节省的损失，或上游服务、人工智能输出、未经授权使用凭据或超出合理控制范围的中断所造成的损害承担责任。

在责任无法排除的情况下，因本服务产生的责任总额不超过导致索赔的事件发生前三个月内您向本服务支付的金额，但适用的强制性法律要求采用其他金额的除外。

赔偿

在法律允许的范围内，对于因您的违法使用行为、用户内容、侵犯第三方权利、实质性违反本条款，或违反上游条款使用本服务而产生的第三方索赔、损失和合理费用，您应为本服务运营方进行抗辩、予以赔偿并使其免受损害。如果索赔系由本服务运营方自身的违法行为所致，则本义务在该等归责范围内不适用。

适用规则与争议

强制性消费者保护规则和法律冲突规则在依法应当适用时适用。在其他情况下，应先通过本服务公布的联系渠道提交争议，以便双方尝试善意解决。如果非正式解决未果，可以向根据适用法律及本服务运营方公布的法律信息具有管辖权的法院或裁判机构提起争议。

本条款的任何内容均不妨碍任何一方寻求紧急禁令救济或行使不可放弃的法定权利。

本条款的变更

我们可以更新本条款，以反映法律、本服务、价格、安全或业务实践的变化。当前版本和生效日期将在本服务中公布。重大变更可能通过本服务或其他合理渠道予以通知。在法律允许的情况下，于生效日期后继续使用本服务即构成接受更新后的条款。

语言

翻译版本旨在提高可访问性。如不同语言版本之间存在冲突，在法律允许的范围内以英文版本为准；强制适用的当地语言规则或消费者保护规则不受影响。
